Creating an Account

(1) Go to www.simplyhalalonline.com

(2) Create an account with Simply Halal by selecting the option on the top right hand corner

(3) You will see two tables side by side to be completed - Billing & Shipping Information.

(4) First complete the data requested in the "Billing" table. The fields that have a red asterisk are mandatory. If you live in Jamaica or a country where there is no Postal Code, you can enter "00000".

(5) The shipping information can be your default billing information.

(6) Please note that you will be contacted directly via email or telephone before shipping any order.

(7) Enter your user name and password and then "Create Account"

(8) That’s it - you will receive an email confirming it was done.

(9) Then log in to our website and browse accordingly!

Q: I forgot my username/password. How do I retrieve it?

A: You can have your username and temporary password sent to the email address on file by selecting the Forgot Username or Forgot Password link here or at the top left of our website pages, where the log-in module is located.

Q: How do I unsubscribe from promotional emails?

A: You can change your email preferences on the Email Subscriptions page or by selecting the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email you receive from Simply Halal Online

Creating a Wish List

Q: How can I create/update my Wish List?

A: It’s easy to create a Wish List for baby showers, birthdays or any other special event but you must have a Simply Halal Online account in order to create one.

(1) Go to www.simplyhalalonline.com

(2) Create an account with Simply Halal by selecting the option on the top right hand corner

(3) On completion, find the items on the website you wish to add to your wishlist and select the "Add to Wishlist" option

(4) Add as many items as you like - after all it's your wish list!

(5) To share your wishlist, go to "My Account" located at the top right hand corner and then the "Wishlist"

(6) All the items in the Wishlist with be displayed with the option "Share Your Wishlist" at the bottom.

(7) On selecting that option to share, enter your e-mail addresses and a message. Then select the option "Send Your Wishlist"

There are several ways to order an item from the Wishlist

(1) Place your order online and pay upon delivery. Island wide delivery available at affordable prices

Creating a Gift Registry

Q: How do I set up a Gift Registry?

A: You can create a Gift Registry for several events e.g. Baby Showers, Birthday or any other special event.

(1) Go to www.simplyhalalonline.com

(2) Create an account with Simply Halal by selecting the option on the top right hand corner

(2) On completion, go to My Account, then the Registry Tab

(3) Create Registry Event and select the option as "Set Default"

(4) The registry has now been set up. Find the items on the website you wish to add to your Registry and and select the "Add to Registry" option

(5) Add as many items as you like

(6) To invite persons to view your online registry, provide the following instructions

Go to the Gift Registry Tab

Enter "Registrants First Name":

Enter "Registrants Last Name":

Select "Start Search

The results of the search will appear – select the description under "Event Name"

All the items in the Registry with be displayed.

Placing Orders

Q: How do I place an order?

A: Shopping at Simply Halal Online is easy and secure! Placing an online order requires just a few steps:

- Select an item you would like to purchase, and then click the Add to Cart button from either the quick view or product detail page. - You can then choose to continue shopping or go directly to Checkout. - Once you are finished shopping, click on Cart Contents at the top right corner of page, and follow the prompts to check out.

You will receive an email confirming your order that includes your order number. If you prefer to order by phone, please call us at 876-908-0328or 876-402-4291 from 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Monday to Saturday.

Q: How can I check my order status?

A: When you set up an account with Simply Halal Online, you can sign in to check your order status. If you are unable to, you may call us at 876-908-0328 or 876-402-4291 with your order number. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping notification.

Q: How can I pay for my order?

A: Simply Halal Online accepts online payments via PayPal. In addition, customers also have the option to do a Bank Transfer/Deposit. Should Customers wish to pay with Cash or Card (Debit or Credit Card), our friendly and knowledgeable stuff will try to assist depending on your location.

Q: How quickly will my order be processed?

A: All orders received before 10:30 a.m. are processed within 1-2 business days of payment verification. Please note that on occasion, such as during holiday rush and large sales events, there may be a slight delay in processing time. Your business is important to us, and we make every effort to process your order as quickly as we can.

Q: I’m having trouble placing an order. I follow the prompts, but the site seems to be down. Whom should I contact?

A: Simply Halal Company Limited is pleased to accept Debit Cards, Keycard, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards at our location. Additionally you may also choose to use PayPal or Bank Deposits to make your purchase.

Q: Is there another way to pay for my order?

A: While we prefer the expediency of PayPal and Bank Deposit transactions, we also accept orders via e-mail that are printed from the Shopping Cart pages. Persons can make payment in person on collecting the items.

Q: How do I use a Gift Certificate?

A: A Gift Certificate simply means that you don’t have to pay for your shopping purchase once it falls below or is equivalent to that amount. For example, if the Certificate is in the value of $1000.00, you can shop for that amount and simply enter the Gift Certificate Number when checking out. If the value is less than the amount, the remainder can be used in a later purchase.

Q: How do I find what I'm looking for?

A: We have tried to make our categories as descriptive as possible, but if you still can't find what you're looking for, please try our "Search" option, which is located at the top right of our website. If we do not seem to be offering something you were expecting us to have, please send a message to us using our Contact Us page.

Q: How often are new products added to the online stores?

A: We add products to our online stores frequently, and offer new sales and promotions, as well, so check back often for new styles and great deals.

Q: How do I know if something is the right size?

A: Simply Halal Online Baby and Toddler size chart shows each of our sizes and the corresponding ages, weights and heights. We have tried to provide as much information for you as possible, as we know that every baby is different and we want to help you find the best fit of soft baby clothes for your newborn.

Q: Why do garment tags instruct me to "wash before wearing"?

A: Apparel is packaged in protective plastic wrap, and transported in boxes. If in store, the garments hang in a public place where they are handled and sometimes tried on. Simply as a safety precaution, it is wise to wash clothing so it is fresh for your child.

Q: What will my personal information be used for?

A: When you register we collect your name, mailing address, phone number, and email address. This information is used to respond to your requests, contact you if necessary, and, if you wish, send you emails about sales, promotions, and other special events. Q: How much is shipping?

A: In our efforts to help provide our customers with the best value, the rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location.
